Childhood Deconditioning Therapy
Childhood Deconditioning is a guided 10-session process that helps you transform the emotional imprints you carry from your childhood so they no longer shape your relationships, your life, or your parenting.
This work is for those who have already walked a path of self-inquiry. You may have done therapy, written in your journal, attended retreats, or explored different healing modalities, and yet something still feels heavy, shapeless, unresolved. You sense that not all of it truly belongs to you, and yet it is still living in you.
Childhood Deconditioning is a guided process of ten sessions. Through psychosomatic and emotional integration techniques, we revisit the early relational imprints that shaped your nervous system, your sense of self, and the ways you learned to adapt in order to belong and survive.
What we call “personality” is often a form of adaptation. What we call “coping mechanisms” were once forms of intelligence, creative ways to survive. But over time, these strategies can become a cage.
This process gently reveals what your body, your nervous system, and your emotions had to carry, and what they are now ready to release.
This is not analysis. It is not about revisiting trauma or reliving the past. It is about coming into contact with what is still alive in you, and with the person you were before the world asked you to become someone else.
LINEAGE & TRAINING
I was trained over several years in a structured Childhood Deconditioning approach through my teacher, who spent decades facilitating this work within the Osho lineage. While the work was originally transmitted in retreat settings, she developed a progressive one-on-one format to support deeper, sustained integration over time.
I completed this training directly and received her blessing to carry and transmit the work. I now guide this process as a living foundation, shaped by my own lived experience, years of client work, and unique skill set.
The container is established.
The way I hold and guide it is my own.

WHY WORK WITH ME
My approach is shaped by over twenty years of study and lived practice. I have studied and integrated Ayurveda, astrology, ritual work, Zen Buddhism, Ashtanga yoga, herbalism, dance, and somatic movement. I am also trained as an actress, which informs how I work with emotional expression, embodiment, and presence.
I bring all of this into the room in a grounded and practical way.
How I listen.
How I track the nervous system.
How I work with emotional truth beneath the story.
I have worked with hundreds of people in private practice, group spaces, retreats, and long-term containers, including extended Childhood Deconditioning processes and astrology-based integration work.
ETHICS & THE WAY I HOLD THIS
I only guide processes I have personally undergone. This work is not theoretical for me. It is lived, embodied, and continuously integrated into my daily life.
We move at a pace the nervous system can actually metabolize. Depth matters here, and so does safety. The work unfolds with care, precision, and respect for your timing.
You’ve done therapy but feel like something is still stuck in your body.
You have strong self-awareness but struggle to feel deeply or move forward.
You’re tired of pretending, performing, overgiving but afraid to stop.
You long for a sense of wholeness, truth, and aliveness.
You want clarity that doesn’t come from the mind.
“We welcomed the messy, the tender, and the downright gritty parts of growth. That’s where the real integration happened.”

How it works
This is a 10-session process, offered one-on-one or in a small, intimate group.
Each session opens a door: to the child within you, the parental voices you internalized, the roles you learned to play, and the boundaries you never learned to set.
We move through layers.
We meet emotion, memory, and the vitality that may have been waiting beneath it all.
We work with the body, the voice, presence, breath, images, and sometimes silence.
There is nothing to prove here.
Nothing to perform.
We do not rush the process.
We follow your rhythm. Your body leads.
It is such a gift to witness, identify patterns, and create new possibilities. My husband and I both did the process. It opened us in ways I didn’t expect. Valérie has a beautiful talent of creating and maintaining a connected, sacred space for authentic healing.

What years of therapy never touched. This process brought to light with clarity and compassion. Once I understood those hidden parts, the burden just lifted. The anger I had toward my parents faded away, replaced by a deep, compassionate understanding of myself and the forces that shaped me.

This gave me a new kind of freedom. The freedom to trust myself again. Most importantly, I've developed a conscious connection to my choices and feelings, along with a deep desire to nurture and care for my inner child.
