My Journey
I don't come from one method. I come from experience.
Before offering this work, I went through it myself: in the body, in relationship, in rupture, in the elements, in transformation, in silence.
I came to Childhood Deconditioning not as a professional, but as a mother during the pandemic. Locked down with my five-year-old daughter, I saw myself becoming reactive, impatient, and disconnected. My nervous system was in charge, not me. I hated the mother I was turning into. That pain led me into this process not once, but three times until it became the spine of my life's work.
I've trained in somatic therapy, astrology, Ayurveda, acting, dance, Ashtanga, herbalism, Zen, and ritual. But more than anything, I've lived what I now hold.
I live in Mexico. I'm a mother. A deep listener. A movement lover. A former performer. A partner. A reality check, when needed. Always with care.
My Approach
I believe healing isn't about becoming better. It's about becoming more you. Not the adapted version, not the polished one, but the version of you that's honest, alive, and no longer pretending.
This isn't therapy or coaching. It's an embodied, experiential process where the body not the mind chooses the pace and reveals the truth.
My Work
My clients are often people who have tried everything: talk therapy, coaching, plant medicine, performance, perfection. They're not broken. They're just exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
I work with people who are creative, complex, sensitive, and deeply awake, but still stuck in their nervous system, their conditioning, their protection. Together, we come back to what's underneath all that.
This isn't quick work, or neat. It's raw, embodied, and liberating. If you're ready to stop performing and finally meet yourself, this is where we begin.
